Workshops

Below is an overview of our umbrella workshops. They cover various topics from the main themes in the PSHE Association Study Programme (Health and Wellbeing, Relationships, and Living in the Wider World). 

It's important to us that we aren't a one stop shop to your school. We want to develop a meaningful relationship with your students and staff so that we can work as a team. Our workshops can be tailored to suit your pupils on relevant topics.

Value & Empowerment

This workshop includes hands on, messy and stimulating activities that help young people discover their true self worth.

Young people will have a better understanding of their intrinsic self-worth. This can unlock the superpower of self confidence, helping them set a solid foundation for life.

Ambition

In this goal setting, dream-boarding workshop, young people will develop and create an action plan for their ambitions.

Not all young people have a dream. For those, they will leave with one. For those who already know their dream this is the chance to learn how to create an actionable plan that will help them on their journey to making their dreams a reality.

Healthy Boundaries

Interactive discussions and demonstrations that illustrate the importance of setting healthy boundaries in life. Young people will explore where each they might need to set boundaries and learn how to practically do it in a way that promotes success. Equipping them to safely and successfully navigate their current and future situations.

Resilience

This workshop explores the importance of teamwork, failing forward, developing a growth mindset, and how to train our resilience.

Young people will learn a better understanding of their own resilience, how to improve it and how to communicate in a team. They will be able to tackle the challenges life is throwing at them through deliberate application of resilience boosting tools that make them far more likely to overcome life's obstacle.

There is currently no specific theme that the PSHE Association Programme of Study has attributed for pupils to learn about resilience.
